STAGE OF COOPERATION

1 Information gathering
Our main objective is to tailor the design to the client's vision and expectations. This includes both aesthetic as well as functional aspects. In order to understand and get to know your requirements as well as possible, our cooperation always starts with a discussion on how the rooms should be used, your favourite colours and materials, your preferred style, and your expectations, colours and materials, your preferred style and lifestyle
2 Conceptual work
We always begin our interior work with an inventory - taking dimensions from the space we will be arranging. We also make photographic documentation.
At the first stage of work, we prepare 2-3 concepts of the functional layout of the designed interior. On the basis of presented proposals and received remarks we create further corrections and eventually the final layout. Its acceptance allows us to proceed to the stage of preparing computer visualisations. Each stage of work and each correction is discussed during a meeting in the studio or based on remote communication. The selection and presentation of proposed finishing materials takes place simultaneously with the work on the visualisation or immediately after the acceptance of their final version.
3 Technical documentation
On the basis of the developed concept, we prepare a detailed executive design in the form of technical drawings (dimensioned projections, sections, views, designs of furniture and details). A set of technical drawings , together with descriptions, allow the finishing team, carpenters and other contractors to quote and execute the designed element.
4 Cost estimating
At the same time as the technical documentation, we prepare a detailed list of all the elements of the furnishings and finishing materials needed to complete the interior according to the design. At your request we prepare a material and cost estimate containing the valuation of all works as well as individually designed for your individually designed elements of equipment, including furniture.
5 Supervision and design implementation.
We offer various forms of author's supervision, from basic single consultations on the investment site, through monthly packages, to the most comprehensive service in the "turnkey" variant. The aim of supervision is to partially or completely relieve the investor of the need to supervise the execution of finishing works and to ensure consistency of the executed works with the prepared design.
